Sneezing into the whistle might be an interesting embellishment.  A tad shrill perhaps but an attention getter!

Oh my goodness, well I would definitely NOT sneeze right into the whistle.
If i was playing with others, they would keep going while I take two seconds to sneeze, for sure. I'm sure the audience will understand in any case, even if you have to stop for a moment. 

To anyone who has performed on the whistle, what have you done if you have a sneeze or the like while playing?
